Influential Ministers travel without number plates in Jharkhand

Hemant Soren deputy CM, Sudesh Mehto deputy CM,Vaidnath Ram development minister and Satyanand Jha, agriculture minister in Jharkhand , these plateless minister travel lavishly in their cars. Reaching Vidhan Sabha crushing all the traffic rules, state transport minister himself does not bother about the number plate on his car.Asking why the plate is not at its place, Champai Siren states thats not a big deal, number plate would be placed at its place. After all there are many other cars moving without numbers.
