Couple's Jetpack Wedding Love Is In The Air

America : The 25-year-old made a unique ceremony.The couple donned the $90,000 contraptions on their backs, along with a wetsuit for the groom and white board shorts and a rash-guard shirt for the bride.

The jetpacks from Jetlev Southwest helped the couple hover a few feet above the water, to the cheers of their wedding guests.

The wedding took place in sky in a unique way that is unprecedented.

Riteish, Genelia send wedding invite

Riteish Deshmukh and Genelia D'souza have started sending out wedding invites to their friends in Bollywood.

The invite is inside a wooden box with R and G (their initials emobossed on it). Inside the box is the white on gold card which has three inserts inviting guests to various functions.

The sangeet is on January 31, the wedding on February 4 and the reception on February 5. Along with the card, comes a box of chocolates.


Each piece of hand-made chocolate has the letters R and G imprinted onto it. Says a source close to the couple, "Riteish and Genelia both decided to have the wedding invite made in such a manner so it looked simple yet elegant.

The invite has been designed by a top entertainment design company in Bandra who also designed Lara Dutta and Hrithik Roshan's wedding invites." The wedding will see a flurry of pre-wedding parties before that.




The first party will be jointly thrown by Sajid and Wardha Nadiadwala and Fardeen and Natasha Khan. Akshay Kumar, will be flying down from Karnataka for a day to attend the party.

Zaheer and Isha Sharvani decided to tie the knot by the end of March

Mumbai, Jan 16: Zaheer Khan first met Isha Sharvani in 2005 and since then they have been close friends.

The two have now decided to tie the knot by the end of March, reports Mumbai Mirror.

The report quotes a close friend of the couple : "Recently,their families met and finalised the wedding details.

A final decision will be taken when Zaheer returns from the ongoing Australian tour. If they don't marry in March, they will do so in October. But they are keen on March,"

Zaheer emerged the highest wicket taker in the World Cup last year, and his parents had then insisted on him getting married.

The report says, the reception is slated to be a grand affair, with the Indian cricket team and quite a few Bollywood personalities on the guest list.

Jab They Met

In 2005, Isha was performing when the touring Australian team was leaving India, and that's when the two met.

It wasn't exactly love at first sight but they kept meeting at social dos, till one day,Zaheer proposed.

Isha was totally smitten by the cricketer,and they got into a strong relationship for two years till they called it quits in 2007,after which they didn't stay in touch.

They got together again in 2010, trying to make things work.

Zaheer even bought a new flat in Parel, where Isha moved in; they were planning to tie the knot last year itself. But things went a bit sour although they soon reconciled, deciding this time around that they needed to legalise their relationship.

Says their friend: "All their friction is a thing of the past. Every couple has their share of ups and downs and this one is no exception. Anyway, it's wedding bells for them in March."
