Impediments for swearing-in of Vijaybahuguna in Uttarakhand

Congress party after announcing the Uttarakhand chief minister draws protests against the government for ignoring Harish Rawat. Now Congress tries to console the fuming supporters of Rawat after he resigns from his post.Vijaybahuguna however asserts that it is an internal matter for the party. It would be sorted out internally. At sharp 4:30 swearing-in would be conducted for the Uttarakhand chief minister.
