While Narendra Modi speaks; Gujarat ministers doze off

While Gujarat CM Narendra Modi speaks of development in Surat and welfare of the farmers, the state ministers doze off in the middle.

Where one side Modi speaks, his ministers,Narottam Patel,Ranjeetbhai Gilitwani and Surat legislator Nanu Vanvan were found too engrossed into their deep sleep.
