Ranbir Kapoor jumps off a rooftop in Barfee

We have seen the handsome star essay an aggressive lover and a rockstar in his last release Rockstar – The film also bagged him the Best Actor award at several award ceremonies.

In Barfee, he plays the role of a deaf person. His ‘Anjaana Anjaani’ costar Priyanka Chopra will play the role of a mentally challenged girl.

Ranbir Kapoor jumps of the rooftop in his upcoming movie Barfee. In one of the scenes, the actor had to jump from one building to another trying to escape from the cops. The two buildings were about 10 feet apart.

He has charmed the critics and audience alike with his stellar performances in films like Rockstar, Rajneeti, Wake Up Sid and others.

The Kolkata sequence for the shoot had Ranbir running from the cops; however the highlight was that he did the stunts on the rooftops of the city jumping from one to the other.



Despite the makers of the film hiring a double for the stunt sequences Ranbir went ahead and did the stunts himself.

Barfi is being produced by UTV, and stars Priyanka Chopra and Ileana D'Cruz along side Ranbir. The film is scheduled for a July release this year.
