As Royal Challengers Bangalore get ready to face Kolkata Knight Riders on Tuesday, the question in everyone’s mind is whether Chris Gayle will play the match.

Last year, KKR were blown away by the ‘Gayle Storm’ home and away and the Shah Rukh Khan team, yet to post a win this season, could be praying Gayle’s niggle keeps him out for one more match.




Gayle has not fully recovered from the groin injury that he sustained during the Bangladesh Premier League last month.

If Gayle were to return, RCB will get the much-needed boost up the order, though the team is confident of continuing their winning momentum with or without the West Indies opener. In fact, the Bangalore outfit is spoilt for choice.
