Heroine continues to haunt Aishwarya Rai Bachchan

Aishwarya 's first look from the controversial film has been back in sight with the launch of celebrity photographer Dabboo Ratnani's 2012 calendar . The actor's picture used in the calendar is the same that was used as the promotional picture for Heroine.

Madhur Bhandarkar 's dream project Heroine continues to haunt Aishwarya Rai Bachchan even months after her withdrawal from the film as its protagonist.

Aishwarya had issued a legal notice prohibiting the use of these stills, which she had shot for Heroine last year before having conceded the film to Kareena Kapoor . She, however, gave Dabboo her consent to publish these pictures as a part of his 2012 calendar.

"I did a shoot with Aishwarya that was to be featured in the movie (Heroine), much like the one I did with Priyanka Chopra in Fashion. The stills are from the same shoot. I asked her and it was really kind of her to agree. She does not have a problem with the shoot as far as it is not related to the film," Dabboo said.
